Transforming Technology & Digital Organization To a Higher Plane

The Challenge

Our client was embarking on a major transformational shift around their technology and digital organizations. The challenge was the need to hire over one hundred and twenty five (125) FTE’s and contingent staff to help with this massive technology modernization effort.

An RFP effort began, led by their CHRO, CIO and SVP of Digital where they invited the final eight (8) staffing vendors to present their approach and delivery capabilities to the above executive sponsors along with several other team members from the company. The final decision was to hire WideNet Consulting along with one other primary vendor to assist their internal HR department and deliver on this major hiring project.

The SOLUTION

Early in the project, WideNet quickly asserted itself as a strong, strategic partner delivering talent that matched not only the required technical skills but also the culture aspect around team dynamics, company values, diversity and experience. WideNet also assisted in formal, twice a week conference calls for process review, decision making and change management. In addition, WideNet provided much needed reporting and KPI metrics to lend assistance with process and decision making.

The RESULT

All in all, our client was very pleased with the overall outcome of the hiring initiative and project. WideNet was able to help them by filling twenty six (26) positions in less than nine (9) months, nineteen (19) of them full time hires. Since then, WideNet has continued and currently has established itself as preferred vendor having supported one hundred and thirty five (135) placements since October of 2011.
