The Challenge

Our clients continued growth and retention of its current customer base was largely dependent upon its ability to improve the reliability and scalability of its SaaS and SeS products. They asked WideNet to ramp up their contract and contract to hire plan so they could “lift” up their current platform while rebuilding their products on a new platform. The client did not have the necessary staff to hire the right talent and were not familiar with the Seattle resource market. WideNet knows how to recruit in the Northwest region and had the ability to find highly technical resources many of whom were interested in contract to hire positions.

The SOLUTION

Our client was very pleased with our approach and ability to hire good talent in a tough environment. They were able to improve the reliability of their SaaS products and increase their customer satisfaction. Our client’s experience was very positive, and they were able to hire eleven (11) of the consultants as full time employees to work on other projects beyond the initial. The RESULT

The streamlined IT processes has allowed Burkhart to begin the process of housing data on-premises resulting in a large cost savings and ability to allocate resource to develop other areas of the business.
