Job Description:
Location: This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Seattle, WA, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the rest of the week remote.
Role Summary
The Technical Program Manager will support the Enterprise Data team by managing the intake, analysis, and delivery of MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector requests across IT, Infosec, and Legal. This role serves as the central point of coordination between technical and compliance stakeholders, ensuring connector requests are properly evaluated, tested, documented, and communicated across teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Intake and triage MCP connector requests submitted across IT, Infosec, and Legal.
  • Analyze and test MCP connectors to validate functionality, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with data platform teams to assess technical feasibility and integration impact of connector requests.
  • Document technical artifacts (requirements, assessments, test results, decisions) in a clear, consistent format.
  • Coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams to keep requests moving and stakeholders aligned.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

  1. Experience working with data platforms.
  2. Strong understanding of MCP servers and connector architecture.
  3. Demonstrated ability to perform technical analysis and testing of MCP connectors.
  4. Proven experience managing cross-functional programs or projects, ideally spanning technical and compliance/legal stakeholders.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting technical material to varied audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Claude AI.

Pay Range: $80.00 – $90.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
