Sr. Project Manager

Job Description:

Location: Hybrid position but requires the candidate to work 50% of the time in Bothell, Washington. 

We are seeking an experienced Sr. IT Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of large-scale enterprise IT projects, from project definition through implementation. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience managing complex, enterprise-wide initiatives and is accountable for delivering projects on scope, on budget, on schedule, and to agreed-upon quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation
• Accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures
• Develop the project plan and drive project milestones to completion
• Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders
• Provide day-to-day direction to project resources
• Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and budgets
• Focus on IT projects and initiatives across the enterprise

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects
• Will have Sales and Service Cloud experience.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on scope, on budget, and on schedule
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated project planning, leadership, and decision-making abilities
• Sound judgment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
• Familiarity with both waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies???????

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification

Pay Range: $80.00 – $90.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
