Sr. Technical Project Manager — End User Technology

Location: This position requires the candidate to be onsite 50% of the time in the Bothell, WA office. The other 50% can be worked remotely.
About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide end user technology initiatives. In this highly visible role, you will own the full project lifecycle across a portfolio of strategic technology programs, including SharePoint and collaboration platforms, while building strong partnerships across the business and presenting confidently to executive leadership, including the CIO and senior board stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Manage enterprise technology projects end-to-end
- Lead complex, enterprise-level IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, scope control, and quality outcomes.
- Drive end user technology deployments
- Oversee the planning and execution of SharePoint and other end user technology projects, translating business needs into structured delivery plans.
- Lead organizational change management
- Develop and execute change management strategies that ensure user adoption, cultivate trust with business partners, and minimize disruption during technology transitions.
- Own project budget management
- Take full ownership of budgets across your project portfolio — from initial forecasting through ongoing tracking and variance reporting — ensuring fiscal accountability on every initiative.
- Present to executive and C-suite leadership
- Represent your projects confidently before senior leadership, including the CIO and executive board — fielding detailed questions, communicating status clearly, and driving alignment at the highest levels.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of IT project management experience, with a strong track record delivering enterprise-scale programs
- Demonstrated experience managing SharePoint migrations or deployments and other end user productivity technologies
- Proven change management skills, including experience building relationships with business stakeholders and driving adoption across diverse user groups
- Hands-on budget management experience across multiple concurrent projects, including forecasting, actuals tracking, and financial reporting
- Exceptional communication and executive presence; comfortable presenting to and fielding questions from C-suite audiences including CIO-level leadership
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
Pay Range: $75.00 – $80.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
