Program Manager – Delivery Excellence

Project overview:
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health checks of inflight Projects to evaluate their adherence to established processes, standards, and best practices.
• Assess project health by reviewing project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and areas for improvement within projects and provide actionable recommendations
• Prepare detailed reports highlighting findings, conclusions, and recommendations for execution improvements (both systemic and specific to the project in review)
• Monitor implementation of recommendations and follow up on corrective actions

 
Qualifications

• 10+ years proven experience in project and program management delivery
• Expert knowledge and application of waterfall and hybrid project lifecycle and methodologies, standards, and practices
• Prior experience conducting project and program reviews
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus

• Willing to get their hands dirty, dive deep into project details, but able to synthesize and consolidate key messages for executives
