Digital Product Specialist

Compensation and Benefits
Pay range of $29/hr to $36/hr DOE.

What’s the Short Version?
The Digital Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the function of our Marketing Tools usage & assets. They assist the Digital Product Team in optimizing the interfaces and experiences of our customers. They also work closely with the digital imaging team, marketing managers, project management, creative team, and studio ops to deliver a successful end-to-end customer experience.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Enable Design Studio tool use though product image management, imprint area set up, image masking facilitation, and identifying issues
• Support Media Library experience by managing Portal pages and related asset upload, publish timeline, and expirations
• Assist with e-catalog and flyer management including invoice submission and tracking, catalog proofing, and related tasks
• Coordinate with Integrated Marketing team to on campaign asset launches, attend campaign brief meetings and advise on planned Marketing Tools components and achievable deadlines
• Regularly report to stakeholders about marketing tool and resources usage and customer engagement. Use reporting to develop forward looking strategy
• Assist with product catalog launch tasks
• Support the Digital Team in executing various projects and tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

What Are We Looking For?

• 4-6 years experience supporting end to end digital user experience or equivalent education
• 1-3 years experience with an asset management system
• 1-3 years experience within apparel industry and/or eCommerce is preferred
• 1-3 years experience handling assets with an understanding of how image/video assets get generated is a plus or
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Highly organized and results oriented
• Highly motivated in bringing experiences to life
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
