Overview
WideNet Consulting Group has an active opening for a ServiceNow Architect with an enterprise client in the aviation and travel industry. This is a senior technical role responsible for designing, implementing, and governing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business strategy, platform best practices, and enterprise architecture standards.
What You Will Own
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions spanning ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and additional modules as the platform grows
- Translate business and enterprise requirements into platform designs that are secure, performant, and built for the long term
- Set and enforce development standards, governance frameworks, and platform best practices across all teams touching ServiceNow
- Lead technical design reviews and serve as the final approver on architectural decisions
- Own the platform roadmap, instance strategy (Dev/Test/Prod), upgrade planning, and technical debt reduction
- Build and maintain integration architecture using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and native API capabilities
- Drive CMDB strategy, data modeling, and CSDM framework adoption across the organization
What You Bring
- 8 to 12 or more years of technology experience, including at least 4 years focused on the ServiceNow platform
- A track record of architecting and delivering ServiceNow at enterprise scale
- Fluency in ServiceNow scripting — JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Solid grounding in cloud architecture and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience designing with REST and SOAP APIs, MID Server, CMDB, and the CSDM framework
- Expertise in platform security architecture including ACLs, role design, SSO, and OAuth
- Ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues at the platform level

- Active ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, CTA, or CAD

- CMDB data stays accurate and continues to mature
- Governance standards are followed consistently across implementations
Pay Range: $65.00 – $75.00 per hour, depending upon experience. Health & Medical Benefits, 401K, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Time applicable by state.
