  • Provide end to end project planning for key company implementations including requirements, system selection, implementation go-live, onboarding and steady state.

·      Work with business leads to support adoption of existing applications and processes to change and improve “the way we work”.

·      Work with business leads and IT to optimize existing processes through application enhancements that drive efficiency and value-added capability.

·      Support and review operational process requirements for enhancements prepared by the business

·      Work with IT to establish operational Business Systems and Process priorities

·      Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Business Systems and Process roadmap that supports the business strategy

·      Experience translating business questions / requirements into meaningful Development Requirements and Use Cases.

·      Analyze user needs and requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

·      Proactively manage, report and communicate deliverables, issues and risks to senior management and stakeholders

·      Ability to initiate and maintain cooperative relationships with co-workers, managers and supervisors, customers/clients, and members of the public.

·      Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff and outside vendors.

·      Take direction, accept constructive criticism and to be diplomatic when reviewing work of others.

·      Solve problems and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

·      Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting

·      Create visualizations and reports for requested projects

·      Develop and update technical documentation

·      Develop and direct testing and validation procedures and documentation

·      Promote cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, customer service, and problem solving

·      Define and provide governance of standards, best practices and processes

·      Ability to build trust with users and audience

·      Knack for Cross functional training with team members to ensure continuity


Education and Experience

·      Strong knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches (e.g. Project and Portfolio Management Methodology)

·      Strong Expertise in Requirements Gathering

·      Experience supporting teams that are managing multiple project launches in tandem with competing   priorities

•    Strategic Thinking: Ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines in the context of the big picture

•    Team Leadership & Development: Ability to mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others

•    Facilitation, Negotiation & Problem Resolution Skills: Ability to build a strong network and relationships at executive levels with technology and solutions, customers and vendor groups

•    Resilience and resourcefulness


·      Strong understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principals including scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation, development and maintenance

·      Understanding of Agile Methodologies

·      Understanding of standards, best practices and governance around Real Estate Systems
