How YOU will make a Difference: 

As a Technical Project Manager, you will work with various departments across the organization to define strategy and requirements, manage the scope, schedule, budget, and be accountable for the execution and delivery of company-wide initiatives. You will identify goals, dependencies, and gaps. Projects will have high visibility and you will have the opportunity to facilitate across a broad array of stakeholders.

In this role you will wear many hats – leverage your unique combination of skills in Business acumen, Architecture, Technical project Management and Delivery Management. It provides you opportunity to be part of delivering customer focused enterprise level solutions. 

What YOU will do: 

  • Manage and provide leadership to multiple, closely related large-scale initiatives employing change management processes
  • Oversee all project activities and executes on strategic plan deliverables. Responsible for program roadmap including definition, development, management of the budgets and oversees project plans for all projects identified by senior management.
  • Deliver customer and business value
  • Critically think to solve difficult problems with complex solutions and widespread impact
  • Develop and communicate expectations and success measures with the team and partners
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and constraints
  • Works closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features and programs.
  • Operate successfully in ambiguous environments.
  • Focus on strong communication skills between business units and assigned technical resources.
  • Participate in project governance process, ensuring sponsor and leadership alignment
  • Monitor and track program execution to success by removing blockers and always find the path forward in challenging situations
  • Escalate conflicting priorities with other projects and matrixed team members
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to other Project Managers on projects of a complex nature

Knowledge, Experience, and Key Attributes needed for Success: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years as a Technical Project Manager experience managing complex portfolios using Agile Scrum.
  • Understands new product and product enhancements and can represent them as a subject matter expert
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, write specifications, scope technical requirements, manage multiple software development efforts, drive rigorous testing, and coordinate product launch.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organization teams to negotiate and assemble project plans, secure commitments on deliverables, and resolve blocking issues.
  • Demonstrated experience for understanding complex business problems and driving high-quality, innovative, and robust technical solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience employing project management best practices and methodologies 
  • Advanced computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Suite products and MS Team Foundation Server
  • Strong problem solving, time management, business analysis and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Demonstrated experience building multi-channel marketing strategies, plans and programs on a budget
