Resource Skill-Set: IS-U Functional + SAP CRM

·      IS-U Front Office Functional Experience of the following but not limited to:

o  Experience in setup of Move-in, Move-out Guided procedure, Simplified Products configuration and replication to ECC, ECC Workflows, CRM screen enhancements.

·      CRM functional experience with screens enhancements, RFC’s, IVR, OData, Multi-channel foundation capabilities.

·      Should have utility operation experience with knowledge of interplay between Front Office and other IS-U areas – Device Management, Billing and FICA.

·      Experience in analyzing issues in Contract Management, replication, OData services. 

·      Experience supporting different project phases:

o  Requirement gathering and Business process design

o  SAP configuration and writing RICEFW Functional Specifications

o  System Integration Testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing

o  Deployment and Post Deployment Support

·      Should have good knowledge and awareness of IS-U processes, data model and should be able to support/work with other SME’s with Impacts of changes in Front Office, Device Management, FICA, BW and other functional areas.

Pay Range: $83.00 – $95.00 per hour depending upon experience.
