We are now expanding into a brand-new SaaS product portfolio of cloud-native solutions that will drive hyper-growth for the company and create tremendous opportunities for the team. As part of this growth, we are seeking a Front-End Software Development Lead to join our team. This position will mentor and manage the front-end team of an Award-winning enterprise software product.
This position is based at our headquarters in Kirkland, WA, and reports to the VP of Software Development.
Key responsibilities:
•            Manage and mentor a team of talented front-end developers to implement world-class front-end solutions for our award-winning enterprise software products using Typescript, JavaScript, and Angular frameworks.
•            Prioritize, plan, build, and ship the most impactful products.
•            Help your team ship exceptional user experiences and establish clear definitions of quality.
What you bring to the table for experience:
•            3-5 years of hands-on experience in complex front-end design and development, of which at least 1-2 years should be in building and managing a team of front-end developers.
•            Experience using REST APIs in the context of an advanced enterprise software product.
•            Proven senior leadership skills. Your management skills and technical depth allow you to develop and mentor others, as well as build credibility within and outside of your team.
•            Proven software development background in Web Development, UX, Back End, or Mobile. You feel comfortable diving into the code and interacting with developers at all levels of seniority and have a commitment and drive for quality, technical excellence, and results.
•            Experience building responsive, performant, and accessible web experiences that engage audiences through the use of animation and complex interactions.
