Widenet is looking for a front-end software engineer responsible for developing modern and engaging application user interfaces for external web properties and key line-of-business systems of our client who works in fast and dynamic project-based development cycles. As a team member, a front-end engineer will collaborate with software architects, project managers and business owners to design and develop the most appropriate experiences for the target users. Required- Knowledge / Background / Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 4-6 years developing web applications and integrating with platforms and web services
  • Experience building modern web applications (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3/SASS, JSON, MEAN stack, etc.)
  • Experience with UI frameworks highly desired (AngularJS, Bootstrap, etc.)
  • Experience with IDEs, build tools, and code repositories (TFS, Git, etc.)
  • Experience integrating with RESTful web services
  • Working knowledge of C# and the .NET platform a plus
  • Understanding of design patterns and data structures a plus
  • Knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms a plus (SiteCore, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft WPF using MVVM pattern a plus
